At last year’s SXSW Interactive conference, I spoke on a panel about online commenters called “From Trolls to Stars: the Commenter Ecosystem.” This year, I would like to moderate a panel that is tentatively titled “The Electronic Page: the Future of Print?” It will discuss how various publishers are moving from printed magazines and newspapers to e-readers and web-based publications, and how that move is affecting their business model.
